Snow Dumplings

Let’s start with a collection of materials. I chose vanilla ice cream. You can also play freely according to your own taste.

Pour 100g glutinous rice flour, 10g sweet potato flour, and 10g white sugar into a bowl and stir evenly

Mix 5g of olive oil with hot water, pour it into a bowl in portions, and stir with a small spoon until the surface of the glutinous rice ball becomes smooth

Cover with plastic wrap and steam on medium heat for 20 minutes,

Take a small piece and put it in a fresh-keeping bag, roll it into the size of a dumpling wrapper, and sprinkle a little glutinous rice flour on one side

With the side without glutinous rice flour facing up, take an appropriate amount of ice cream and place it in the center of the skin, and wrap it up quickly to prevent the ice cream from melting and sealing.

Put the wrapped snow balls in the refrigerator and freeze for about 2 hours
Tips:
1. It is best to wear disposable gloves when wrapping, otherwise the glutinous rice skin will be sticky and stick to your hands
2. When putting ice cream, you can find a curved container to hold the skin, so that the package will be more round.
3. It is best to take out and melt for 1-2 minutes before eating, so as to avoid the skin is too hard
