Italian Tomato Sauce

Finely chop onion and garlic and set aside

Canned whole tomatoes crushed with a spoon

Use a strainer to filter out the skins and seeds of the canned tomato, save the soup

Mix with tomato puree and set aside

Start the wok, heat the wok with cold olive oil, stir-fry minced garlic on low heat until it has a fragrance

Add the minced onion and continue to stir-fry until the onion is transparent

Add whole tomatoes, tomato puree, and Italian mixed spices

Turn to medium heat, stir-fry while heating, until the juice is slightly thick, almost 2/3 of the original soup (reduced by 1/3)

Add cheese powder and stir fry evenly
