Iwaki Pancake

Beat an egg and an egg yolk into the bowl, and add 50 grams of sugar.

Beat the whitish with an electric whisk.

Add 20 grams of melted butter.

Mix well.

Put 100 grams of low-gluten flour into the egg batter twice.

Stir evenly and put it into the piping bag.

Spread tarp on the baking tray and squeeze it into a 4 cm diameter circle.

Cover with a layer of greased paper.
