Jam Bread

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine bucket

Start the dough mixing program for 30+20 minutes, and mix into a smooth dough

Divide into sixteen small doughs

Roll into dough

Add jam

Put it in the oven and ferment until it is twice as big, then turn on the fire, and heat up and down at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.

Tips:
I made it for my own consumption, so I did not brush with egg wash, nor did I sprinkle with sesame seeds or coconut paste. The temperature of the oven is not the same, so you should make reasonable adjustments according to your own oven.
