Jam Cookies

Put the softened butter in a large bowl and stir with powdered sugar until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes slightly bulky

Add egg liquid in batches and beat evenly

Add the sifted low-gluten flour to the butter-egg liquid, and mix quickly evenly
