The jam honey bean rolls are relatively less made, most of which are pork floss rolls, because children like them more.
This time I have eaten the meat floss at home, and I don’t want to make meat floss anymore, so I made this honey bean roll. Red bean paste and honey bean are my favorites. The soft bread is topped with sweet honey beans. Cozy.

Jam Honey Bean Bread

1. Put the ingredients into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program

2. After the second kneading process, the dough has reached the expansion stage, start the fermentation process

3. The dough is fermented to 2.5 times its size

4. Take out, knead, exhaust

5. Roll out rectangular slices with a rolling pin

6. Spread it flat into the baking tray, insert a small hole with a fork, and carry out secondary fermentation

7. Put the fermented dough into the oven, and heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees for 17 minutes

8. After taking it out, buckle upside down on the spread oil paper

9. Spread strawberry jam and honey beans

10. Use a rolling pin to gently roll up and set the shape

11. After setting the shape, cut into sections. There are some cracks on both sides when cutting. Let's enjoy it.

Tips:

1. Don't bake too long, otherwise the roll will crack when the moisture is dried and hardened.
2. The toasted bread will be thicker. After letting it warm, turn it over and roll it again with a rolling pin.
3. After the roll is finished, wait ten minutes to let it shape and then cut into sections.
