Jam, Iron Stick, Yam Mud
1.
Peel the yam, cut into sections, and steam for about 25 minutes
2.
Pour the yam into puree, add a tablespoon of condensed milk, and mix well
3.
Use a piping bag to mount the yam mud into a small tower, or use a fresh-keeping bag to cut a small mouth and squeeze into a small pile, and then use a fork to mark a few patterns
4.
Pour the jam you like and you can eat it
Tips:
1. Wear gloves when peeling the yam, otherwise your hands will be itchy;
2. The yam is steamed until the chopsticks can be pierced in.
