Jam Peanut Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients: 40 grams of butter, 50 grams of low-gluten flour, 15 grams of egg liquid, 20 grams of almond meal, 10 grams of brown sugar, 20 grams of vanilla sugar, 40 grams of crushed peanuts, appropriate amount of jam

Tips:
If there is no almond flour, you can substitute the same amount of flour.
Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla powder/seed + caster sugar.
