Jam Small Meal Buns

Put all the ingredients except yellow peach jam and butter into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing program. After 15 minutes, add butter and continue to knead until the expansion stage.

Take it out and put it in a clean basin, cover it with a warm cloth and leave it in a warm place to ferment for about 1 hour, and ferment to more than double the size.
