Japanese Curry Fish Ball Udon Noodles
1.
Prepare ingredients: udon noodles, curry, broccoli, fish balls, carrots, potatoes, onions.
2.
Bring the water to a boil, add the broccoli, a little salt, and boil the broccoli for 3 minutes; (the salt is added to keep the color of the broccoli green).
3.
Because the fish balls are bought at the market, they are blanched in boiling water first.
4.
Dice carrots, onions, and potatoes for later use.
5.
Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, and stir-fry the potatoes, carrots, and onions when the oil is hot.
6.
Fry the potatoes until they become slightly transparent, and pour in water. When making this udon noodles, there must be no less potatoes. The cooked potatoes can thicken the soup.
7.
After the water boils, add fish balls and curry cubes; if you have children to eat, try to choose the original curry cubes.
8.
When the curry cubes melt and become thick, put the udon noodles in. This recipe, even if you don’t have udon noodles, you can put other noodles.
9.
Seeing that the soup has thickened and the noodles are cooked, you can start cooking. Don't wait for the deliciousness, hurry up and eat it.
