Japanese Hot Spring Egg

Wash the eggs.

Boil the pot with water.
3.
Add the eggs and cook for 3 minutes.
4.
Turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
5.
Mix the Japanese soy sauce, green onion, mirin, and sugar into a pot and bring to a boil.
6.
Peel the eggs and soak them in the sauce overnight.
