Seal the cooked rice paste with plastic wrap, put it in the microwave and turn it at 550 degrees for 2 minutes, take it out and stir it a few times before putting it in the microwave, turn it at 550 degrees for 1 minute and 30 seconds, and the rice cake is ready~

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of starch on the table to prevent the rice cake from sticking to it. This step is very important~~ Don't save the starch. Pour the rice cake on top and let it cool. Roll the cold rice cake with a rolling pin until the thickness is about 3-5 cm
