Japanese Style Fried Udon Noodles

Main ingredients and side dishes, bagged udon noodles bought directly from the supermarket, 200g for one person, plus side dishes are enough

White cabbage, onion, green and red pepper, cut into pieces or shredded

Boil the udon noodles in a pot of boiling water for a minute or two.

Add oil in the pan, add the prepared side dishes and stir fry (if there is fat beef or pork belly, add the meat and stir fry to get the oil)

Change the heat to low, put the udon noodles in, start seasoning, add a tablespoon of oil, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of chicken essence (if you are too late, you can make a soup in advance)

Tips:
1. The fuel consumption of this dish is the key, it must not be less.
2. The blanching time for udon noodles should be about 1-2 minutes. The blanching time should not be too long.
