Japanese Style Rice Bowl【parent-child Don】

"Parent-child don" simply drops materials.

Debone the chicken legs and cut them into bite-size pieces, slice the shallots into thin slices, and cut the garlic diagonally.

Put the adjusted seasonings in the pot and bring to a boil.

Put down the chicken and boil and simmer for a few minutes.

Put down the green garlic and shallots and simmer until the meat is cooked.
