Today's jasper coral roll, the name is made up by myself! I've been doing it for some days, but I haven't had a proper name, so I haven't posted it! To talk about the taste of this roll, sweet and sour, there is also a touch of sweet osmanthus! It's very suitable to eat this season!

Ingredients

Jasper Coral Roll

1. Wash cucumbers, scrape out long flakes with a scraper, wash strawberries, and wipe dry with paper towels

2. Hawthorn cake cut into strips as wide as cucumber slices

3. Roll the hawthorn cake with cucumber slices and place it on a plate

4. Put sugar, white vinegar and sweet-scented osmanthus in a small bowl and stir well
