Prepare the gelatine slices

Put 400 grams of rock sugar Sydney into a bowl (you can also use orange juice instead)

Cut the gelatin sheet into small pieces with scissors

Put the gelatine slices in ice water

Just put it in for five minutes as shown in the picture.

Remove the soaked gelatine slices and put them in a bowl, and melt them in water. Be careful not to boil the water on a small fire!

Pour the gelatin liquid slowly into the rock sugar Sydney, stirring as you go!

Stir the jelly liquid evenly

Put it in the mold and put it in the refrigerator for four hours to eat! I put the pulp in the mold, which looks very appetizing. I also made a lot of orange juice which is very good!
Tips:
Gelatine tablets must be softened in ice water, do not use water at room temperature or the gelatine will melt!
