Jelly Sago

Buy immortal grass powder, add water and honey to boil according to the instructions, stir while cooking, let cool after all melted, then store in the refrigerator, it will turn into jelly in about an hour (I melted it and put it directly into the pudding In the bottle).

Boil the sago in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Stir while boiling, then turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then use a strainer to remove the cold water, and then soak it in cold water, preferably with fresh milk.
