Jellyfish and Cucumber Shreds

After opening the jellyfish, rinse it with clean water and set aside.

Wash the cucumbers.
3.
Shred the washed cucumber into a plate.
4.
Dice garlic and set aside.
5.
Put the spare jellyfish on top of the cucumber shreds.
6.
Put the garlic cubes on top of the jellyfish.
7.
Add appropriate amount of vinegar and very fresh soy sauce, mix well and serve.
