Jellyfish Salad

Cut the jellyfish into small pieces, soak for 6 hours, changing the water 3 times in between

Wash the jellyfish, put it in a larger container, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and then add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Add sugar

Heat the oil pan, the oil should be heated until it smokes, pour it into the bowl

Add a little cilantro and mix well

Serve on a plate and garnish with red pepper
