Jiang Yaozhu Braised Radish

Wash the radishes and cut them into pieces without peeling them.

Heat the pan and pour the oil into the pan and fry the ginger and garlic first to create a fragrance.

Put the radish together and stir fry evenly

Add a little water and put in the soaked Jiang Yaozhu.

Cover the pot and simmer the radish and scallops for about 20 minutes until soft and rotten.

Season with a little salt and sugar, then turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
