Jigsaw Cookies
1.
The butter is softened at room temperature, add 70 grams of powdered sugar, and beat until the butter is fluffy and lighter (it is recommended to stir well before beating, otherwise the powdered sugar will fly)
2.
Add egg liquid in portions and beat evenly
3.
Add the sifted flour, then use a spatula to cut and mix into a dough
4.
Fold the dough back and forth several times, and then relax for a while. At this time, we can prepare the parts of the puzzle. First find a piece of paper, draw the puzzle (I found the picture from the Internet), and then draw the puzzle partition and the picture that needs to be copied Make a dough of about 4 to 5 mm thick, place the completed puzzle template on it, and use a knife to cut out the partitions of the puzzle
5.
According to the above method, cut out the puzzle pieces one by one, and then put them on the baking tray. The excess dough can be used to make other biscuits, no need to waste. Because the biscuits will expand during the baking process, the quick interface part of the puzzle should be slightly larger
6.
Put the biscuits in the oven, heat up and down at 165 degrees, bake for 15 minutes
7.
During this time we prepare the icing part, put the egg whites in the basin, first add 1/3 of the powdered sugar and stir it, and then turn on the whisk when the powdered sugar is stuck to the egg whites.
8.
Then add the powdered sugar in two more times and beat until the frosting is thick and very shiny. Divide into small portions and add the pigment to adjust to the desired color of the finished product.
9.
Put the biscuits together, use a toothpick to roughly outline the outline of the picture on each biscuit (because I don’t have a brush, I found a relatively simple pattern, but it’s not very fine)
Then fill in the colors in sections (Try to fill in the color and fill it thinly here, and dry it faster, try not to fill in the excuse part and stick it together, otherwise you can't separate the puzzle)
After the icing is dried, it will look like it is finished.
Tips:
1. The part of the dough cutting puzzle interface should be slightly larger, because baking will expand;
2. If the interface cannot be spliced, you need to trim it again with a knife;
3. Don't put it on the connection port when making icing paint, otherwise it will damage the picture.
