Jingui Congee

Ingredients: 5 grams of golden osmanthus, 50 grams of rice, appropriate amount of water

Wash the rice, pour it into a pot, add water, boil over medium heat, turn to low heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice porridge is thick.

Rinse the osmanthus with water to remove the floating dust, control the water and drain, pour it into the pot, stir evenly, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat
Tips:
Rice and sweet-scented osmanthus should not be washed too much. You can stir the porridge from time to time when you rinse off the dust on the surface to prevent the bottom of the pot from sticking. The cooked porridge can be seasoned with sugar or salt according to your own taste.
