Juice Wolfberry Lotus Root Slices
1.
Lycium berries and raisins are washed clean to remove surface impurities and control moisture
2.
Wash the lotus root, peel it, cut into pieces, blanch it and let it be cold and boil it for a longer time. The boiled water is too cold to make it crispy
3.
I use this juice with coconut fruit. You can also use fruit juice like orange, freshly squeezed juice or canned fruit. I don’t know if the canned hawthorn will taste good, but the sweet and sour appetizer is certain, roar~~
4.
Pour juice into the bowl, soak the lotus root slices and sprinkle with goji berries and raisins, put it in the refrigerator, and soak the lotus root for a few hours to taste.
Tips:
1. The lotus root is resistant to boiling, so boil it for a while longer when blanching it. Boiled until soft and glutinous, it is still crispy, it's all up to personal preference.
2. Juice can also be used when boiling lotus root, but heating destroys vitamins, so let's soak in the flavor.
3. Canned fruit can also be used instead of fruit juice.
