Jujube Cake

Wash the red dates and remove the pits, add pure milk, and put them in a cooking machine to make a pureed date.

Beat 3 eggs, 40g sugar, 4g maltitol syrup in the basin, and beat at high speed with an electric whisk in warm water.

Add the sifted flour and mix it evenly.

Add the jujube puree and corn oil, and continue to mix evenly by turning.

Tips:
1. Maltitol syrup is actually water syrup. If there is no water syrup, you can use honey instead of maltose.
2. The amount of this formula is exactly the amount of 2 rectangular Fernanches molds.
