Jujube Cake

Prepare the red dates and wash them. The small dates I chose do not have date pits. Chop and set aside.

Prepare ingredients.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the chopped red dates, add baking soda, butter, and brown sugar in turn until it melts evenly.

Mix the flour and baking powder through a sieve, pour the boiled red dates into the flour, add the beaten eggs, and use a spatula to turn from bottom to top until it is even.

Line the baking tray with greased paper, pour the red date paste, spread it flat, sprinkle a little sesame seeds, preheat the oven at 175 degrees for five minutes, put it in and bake for 30 minutes.

After being out of the oven, buckle upside down on the drying rack, and cut into pieces after cooling.
Tips:
Add brown sugar according to your taste
