Jujube Cake

Put the brown sugar in the milk, heat slightly and stir evenly, until the brown sugar is completely melted.

Add salad oil and stir well.

Add jujube puree and stir evenly.

Sprinkle in low-gluten flour and baking powder and baking soda and stir evenly, do not over-mix.

Heat up and down at 145°C for 40 minutes.
8.
Let cool and cut into pieces.
