Jujube Cake

Put the eggs and sugar in an oil-free and water-free basin, put the jujube sand and corn oil together, wear gloves and mix once.

Use a whisk to start at mid-range and then high-end. Beat the eggs and sugar for 15 minutes, then add baking soda to beat evenly.

Add the jujube oil and beat it evenly with an egg beater, about three minutes.

Finally, sift in the flour, I use ordinary flour, slow first and then fast, beat for one minute.

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, pour in the beaten jujube cake, lightly press to remove the bubbles, preheat the oven, heat up and down at 160 degrees, bake for 30 minutes, flip the baking tray in the middle.

After baking, buckle upside down on the baking tray, tear off the baking paper, put it to dry and cut into pieces.
Tips:
1. The eggs and sugar must be beaten for about 15 minutes.
2. The jujube sand and oil should be grasped with disposable gloves, so as to avoid making your hands greasy and sad.
