Jujube Fruit Yogurt
1.
Prepare all the ingredients. The lotus root flour must be pure lotus root flour without sugar, mainly used as a coagulant
2.
Take half of the milk and add lotus root flour and mix well
3.
Pour the remaining milk and whipped cream into a milk pan and boil, add milk powder and stir until melted
4.
Bring to a boil on low heat and pour milk mixed with lotus root powder
5.
Stir continuously while pouring to prevent the pan from getting stuck. Cook on low heat until thick and smooth
6.
Pour in dried dates
7.
Continue to stir evenly, then turn off the heat
8.
Pour the yogurt paste into the container while it is hot. Not only will the yogurt solidify into blocks during the cooling process, but the dried dates will also absorb the moisture inside and become soft and waxy.
9.
I left it for a long time before pouring it out, in fact, one hour is enough, but I left it a little longer in order to let the dates dry to absorb more moisture.
10.
Cut into pieces and enjoy
