Jujube Miscellaneous Grains Wowotou

Mix the cowpea noodles and corn noodles together, add an appropriate amount of baking soda, mix and stir well.

After pitting the red dates, cut them into small cubes and put them in the flour together.

Add warm water several times in a small amount and stir with chopsticks to form a flocculent.

Stir until there is no powder, then add flour to the container.

Use your hands to make a soft and hard dough, cover it, and let it sit aside for 10 minutes.

Take out the dough, roll it into a long strip, and then divide it into even-sized noodles.

Roll each pasta into a circle and set aside. To prevent air-drying, try to cover with plastic wrap.

Take a dough pad and roll it into a cone shape by hand, and use a wooden stick to poke a hole at the bottom. The shape of Guowotou is complete.

Put oiled paper on the bottom of Wowotou and place it in a baking tray. The baking tray is placed in the middle of the Midea steamer. Fill the removable water box with sufficient pure water, manually select the pure steaming mode, set the time to 15 minutes, and the temperature to 105 degrees.

The speed of SAIC is very fast. After steaming, the bottom of Wowotou is very dry and there is no accumulation of water.

Slightly sweet, sweet but not greasy.

With a little baking soda in it, the taste is softer.
Tips:
If there is no steaming oven, replace it with an ordinary steamer;
I am using Midea S4-L281E steaming oven, you can refer to it.
