Jujube Mud Yam Cake

Wash the red dates and remove the pits;

Add water and cook until the red dates are rotten;
3.
Peel the yam and cut into pieces;
4.
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes;
5.
Add sugar and mash it into a puree;
6.
Add milk powder, stir well, and refrigerate for 1 hour;
7.
Sift the mashed red dates;
8.
Spread a layer of oil on the mold first, then take a piece of yam dough, put it in the red jujube paste, pinch it and place it on the mold;
9.
Press tightly, knock and demould.
