Prepare the chiffon cake.

Whip the whipped cream with sugar.

Cut the cake into two pieces, put a layer of light cream in the middle, and then close the cake (you can add your favorite fruit filling)

After spreading the whole cake with whipped cream and smoothing it, it is better to wipe the top first, and then wipe the sides after smoothing the top. I don’t have a decorating table either. I found a dumpling pad to put it under the cake and turn it around when needed. I didn't have a trowel, I used a bread knife, it's too big to work, haha.

Melt the dark chocolate in water, put it in a piping bag after warming up, and use a writing spout. Note: Do not let the chocolate touch the spout after putting it in the piping bag, so as to prevent the chocolate from becoming hard and blocking the spout. Fold up the piping bag with the flower spout, put the chocolate sauce in it and let it cool a little before use.

First use a toothpick to draw the outline of the pattern you want, (I found a piece of cardboard, drew the pattern, cut it out, and laid it on the cake to compare it with the drawing)

Use the pre-packed chocolate sauce to draw the outline, draw a layer after the chocolate cools, and then draw a layer. The outline should be higher to make it easier to fill the pattern with color.

Because the thin lines on the surface of the cake do not have such a thin flower mouth, it is thick and unsightly, so I used a toothpick to penetrate the piping bag, and the effect was particularly good.

Add food coloring to the whipped cream to adjust the appropriate color. This one uses pink and peach, and finally uses pink and peach to make a light purple. (I deliberately bought imported food coloring, which feels quite expensive)

Pack the adjusted color irregularly around the edge of the cake.

Use pink or big red whipped cream to make the bow. I used light purple for the lower part of the cake. It is not easy to decorate the lower part, so be careful. Finally, decorated with silver beads candy (the silver beads I bought this time are too small to be found on it)

Tips:
1. After the chocolate has melted, put it in the piping bag after warming it up. Put the writing nozzle on the piping bag before putting it into the piping bag.
It should be noted that after the chocolate is put in the piping bag, do not let the chocolate touch the piping mouth, so as to prevent the chocolate from becoming hard and blocking the flower mouth. First fold the piping bag with the flower mouth and put the chocolate sauce in again. Let it cool down a bit and use it.
2. When decorating flowers, you can put the cake on a shorter table, move a small stool to sit down and slowly make it, like a painting, pay attention not to get cream on the sleeves, it is not afraid of staining the clothes. In case it hits, the flowers that have just been squeezed will be destroyed.
Alas...This is all empirical talk, I only said it after experiencing it, haha...
