Kaiyang Stir-fried Cabbage

Ingredients: Chinese cabbage (washed), Kaiyang (soaked)

Put the cleaned cabbage on the cutting board and cut it.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut cabbage and stir fry.

Next, combine the soaked open ocean and add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until the cabbage is cooked through.

Then, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
