Kapok and Job's Tears Soup for Removing Dampness

Prepare ingredients: fresh kapok, bones, barley, lentils, etc.;

Barley, lentils, wash and soak for more than 1 hour, soaking will be easy to boil;

Wash the fresh kapok and drain the water. The kapok should pick up the fresh and pedicel.

Boil clean water, put in the washed bones, blanch them, and remove them; if you do this step more, the soup will be sweet, and the soup will not be muddy, clear and delicious.

Boil water in a soup pot and put in the blanched bones;

Then add the soaked barley and lentils, and simmer for 30 minutes;

Add fresh washed kapok;

Cover the lid and cook on low heat for 3 hours. After boiling, add salt and mix well.
