Kebabs (simple and Rough Oven Version)
1.
Prepare ingredients lamb, chili powder, cumin, and salt. (Choose fat or lean lamb according to your own taste).
2.
Wash the lamb, drain the water, and cut into small pieces, not too big, otherwise it will not be easy to cook.
3.
After cutting the pieces, add a teaspoon of salt and mix well.
4.
After mixing the salt, you can put it on a skewer without waiting for the taste, because the meat is small.
5.
Preheat the oven at 210 degrees. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, put the worn lamb skewers on the middle of the oven, and bake for 10 minutes (you can also put it on the grill directly, but you still need to put a baking tray with tin foil on the bottom, so that you can connect It is easy to clean the blood and oil after roasting).
6.
Because there is moisture and oil in the roasting pan, then turn the lamb skewers over and put them on the grilling net, and put the roasting pan underneath. The tin foil does not need to be removed, in order to continue roasting the oil. Continue to bake at 210 degrees for 5 minutes. (The leftover area is quite a waste, I just put a few and grilled it with the sausages).
7.
After roasting, take it out and put it on a plate, sprinkle with chili powder and cumin.
