Keel Noodles with Tomato Sauce

Prepare the ingredients.

Pork keel is blanched and simmered in a pot.

Bring the pork keel to the boil for 5 minutes and simmer on medium heat for 25 minutes. Add the dried noodles. It can be water or dried noodles.

The noodles are cooked for about 8 to mature, add tomato and green cabbage heart.

Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
