Kelp Salad

Soak the seaweed, wash and shred.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Pour in the seaweed and boil for a while. This time the kelp is thick enough and won't be rotten after cooking, so you can cook it more.

After boiling, remove the shredded kelp, put it in cold water, and set aside.

Grate carrots and sprinkle some salt to drain.

Prepare the shredded carrots, peppers, and garlic that have been watered and set aside.

Put the ingredients together, pour 1 part balsamic vinegar and 2 parts light soy sauce, and stir thoroughly.

Put the stirred seaweed shreds in the refrigerator to taste.
