Kelp Salad

After washing dried kelp shreds with water, soak for 20 minutes

Remove and cut, boil for 2 minutes (do not cook for too long, it will harden and affect the taste)

Control dry water, put on the plate

Chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Saute the scallions, ginger, garlic, pepper, dried chili in a wok
6.
Add flavored soy sauce, salt, and smashed raw garlic after it is out of the pot
7.
Pour on the boiled seaweed shreds, drip with sesame oil and mix well
