Frozen Kelp Pork Soup

1. Processing materials: meat slices or shreds; shredded ginger; if you use dried kelp, soak the kelp in warm water for 2-3 hours in advance, and cut into small pieces convenient for chewing after soaking; mince garlic and cut green onions into pieces

2. Stir-fry: Heat oil in a pot, low heat, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add pork slices

3. Stir-fry: After the meat is half-cooked, add dried chili pepper, stir fry and pour it into a soup pot filled with water

4. Cook: Pour in the meat slices

5. Boil: Pour shredded kelp and cook for about 25 minutes on medium-low heat (the kelp is boiled soft and tasteful)

6. Fishing: There may be some bubbly when the water in the soup pot is boiled. After removing it, continue to cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes
