Kelp Salad
1.
Take a handful of dried kelp shreds. If it is too long, cut it to an appropriate length with scissors; put it in a small pot;
2.
Pour in clean water and soak for about an hour. The water needs to be changed twice in the middle, and the salty taste of the kelp can be removed by changing the water; soak the kelp with cold water;
3.
After the soaking is complete, the dried kelp has absorbed the water and is already full;
4.
Boil the water in the pot, put the soaked kelp in it and blanch it. Some people say it can be mixed directly, but my habit is to blanch it. After the water is boiled, put the kelp in, and turn off the heat when the water boils again;
5.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the shredded kelp, drain the water after cooling water;
6.
Put the drained kelp shreds in a small basin, peel off the garlic, press a garlic press to form a garlic paste and put it in;
7.
Put light soy sauce, salt, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, a little sugar, and mix well with chopsticks;
8.
A plate of nutritious and delicious cold dishes can be served on a plate. If you like coriander, you can cut some coriander and mix it together, but I don't like coriander, so avoid it!
9.
Kelp shreds are delicious.
Tips:
Dried kelp shreds will send out a lot after soaking, so pay attention to the dosage;
