Kelp Salad

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the kelp and cut into fine strips; finely dice green and red peppers, finely dice ginger, garlic, and onions, and dice green onions.

Mix pepper, ginger, and garlic with balsamic vinegar to make a juice.

Boil the water in a pot, blanch the kelp until cooked; over cool water, drain the water.

Put the kelp shreds in a bowl, add green and red peppers, onions, chives, and pour the sauce.

Stir the seaweed shreds and serve on a plate.
