Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

Marinate the ribs with a moderate amount of salt for 15 minutes

Wash the kelp shreds for later use
3.
Put down the kelp and carrots in a stew with cold water
4.
Put down the ribs and a few drops of vinegar when it is boiling, and simmer for about 60 to 80 minutes.
Tips:
Reminder: Vinegar is effective in making ribs better release calcium.
