Kelp Salad

Soak the kelp in water first, change the water every 20 minutes, and change the water three times

Tips:
1. Kelp has a variety of biological functions such as lowering blood lipids, lowering blood sugar, regulating immunity, anticoagulation, detoxification, and anti-oxidation. If you eat kelp mainly for health preservation, it is recommended to mix with hemp oil to improve the three highs. The effect is more obvious, but it is recommended not to put peppers.
