Kelp Salad

The kelp shreds are blanched in boiled water, and after cooling water, remove them for use.

Shred carrots and set aside.

Put kelp shreds and carrot shreds together, add sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, salt, white sesame seeds, minced garlic, sesame oil, and coriander. Serve after mixing well.
Tips:
I forgot to take pictures during the process of cutting garlic and parsley, so let’s make up for it.
