Kimchi

Cut the cabbage to the right size and pickle it with salt. I like to cut it and make it. It’s easy to eat, and the onion, ginger, and garlic are ready.

Prepare the peeled apples and pears.

Put the apples and pears into the cooking machine to puree, and put the onion, ginger and garlic into the cooking machine to puree and mix.

Add an appropriate amount of Korean chili noodles. I chose coarse-grained noodles and stir well.

Pour the marinated cabbage into the mixed chili, mix well, and put it in an airtight box for about two days.

If you like uncut, you can pickle the whole plant. It depends on your personal preference. The advantage of this is that you don't need to cut it when you eat it.
