Kimchi Fried Rice

Chop bacon slices.

Cut kimchi into small pieces.

Heat a deep dish on high heat, add a little oil, then pour in the bacon, stir fry until slightly charred on both sides. Pour in the kimchi, continue to stir fry, try to fry the kimchi as much as possible.

Add a large bowl of ancestral leftover rice and stir-fry evenly.
