Spinach Omelet Rice

Spinach blanched

Onions, spinach, tomatoes and potatoes are all cut into small pieces

Add oil in a hot pan, sauté the onion first, then add the potatoes and cook until 7 is ripe, add the tomatoes and stir fry

Add the rice overnight, add some water to the spinach, add salt and a small amount of soy sauce to taste
5.
Break the eggs, add salt and black pepper
6.
Heat oil in the pan, pour the eggs
7.
Put the fried rice on it and fold it into a dumpling shape
Tips:
Spinach must be blanched, but it shouldn’t be boiled for too long~
