Kimchi Fried Rice Cake

1. Cut a bag of rice cakes.

2. Shred the kimchi.

3. Heat the pan, pour the oil and saute the garlic slices.

4. Add the kimchi and stir fry for a while.

5. Add kimchi juice and appropriate amount of water.

6. Add rice cakes.

7. Add a spoonful of Korean hot sauce.

8. Stir the spicy sauce, add a little sugar and cook until the rice cake is soft and glutinous.

9. Serve and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve.

Tips:

Because the hot sauce and kimchi kimchi juice are salty, a little sugar is added (you can choose to add it or not according to your taste).
