I bought mustard greens, cowpea and young ginger before and made kimchi by myself. Although it is very convenient to buy kimchi now, I still prefer to make it by myself. I used to make sauerkraut fish and stir-fried sour cowpeas with minced meat. This time I will try a new combination, using sour kimchi to match the favorite ribs. Unexpectedly, the taste is really good. The sauerkraut absorbs the aroma of the ribs. The ribs are more tender under the collocation of sauerkraut, and eating a few more pieces is not tiresome.

1. Cut the capers into sections, cut the sauerkraut into pieces, soak the ginger into slices, blanch the ribs with cold water and then drain the water

2. Add oil to the pot, add wild sanjiao sauce, wild sanjiao and pickled ginger, sauté on medium-low heat until fragrant
