Making buns has always been my fault. It’s really rare to make a pot of buns that can be eaten and seen. Like today’s pot, it is considered my success. The revolution has not yet succeeded and I continue to work hard.

Ingredients

Kimchi Pork Bun

1. Chop kimchi

2. Put kimchi, pork puree, and chives in a bowl and mix well

3. Soak the yeast in warm water

4. Add to flour

5. Add the right amount of sugar and water to form a dough

6. Ferment to double size in a warm place

7. Exhaust roll out

8. Divide into small balls of about 35 grams, and round them up, wake up for 15 minutes

9. Take a small ball and roll it into a pie

10. Put kimchi ingredients in the middle

11. Pinch up

12. Wrap all the dough, put it in the steamer, and let it rest for 10 minutes

13. Then steam for about 15 minutes, simmer for 3 minutes

Tips:

Note: Kimchi itself is salty, so no need to add salt and other ingredients
