Kitty Cotton Cake
1.
Put 2 egg yolks and 1 whole egg into a clean, water- and oil-free container.
2.
Add milk and mix well. Sift the low-gluten flour and set aside.
3.
Add sugar to the remaining egg whites and stir until neutral foaming, that is, slender and slightly curved small sharp corners appear.
4.
Pour the corn oil into the pot and heat it until it becomes grainy and turn off the heat. Pour in low-gluten flour, mark Z-shape and stir evenly.
5.
After the batter is cool, pour it into the egg yolk paste, mix well, add 1/3 of the egg white to the egg yolk and stir evenly, then pour into the egg white and stir evenly.
6.
Pour the cake batter into the mold and shake it lightly to produce large bubbles.
7.
Preheat the oven, fire up and down, middle and lower, put water in the baking tray, bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes, and then turn at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
8.
After being out of the oven, it will be shaken for a few times.
Tips:
The temperature and time of the oven should be adjusted according to your own oven.
